About Star Tek Recycling and our system...

  Star Tek Recycling, formerly known as Hack's Core Supply, is independently owned and operated by Tim Hack. Our corporate office and first processing facility is located at 2275 Dexterville-Oak Ridge Rd., Morgantown, Ky. There we have multiple warehousing facilities and some eighty acres of land for expansion.

We deal in automotive cores, salvageable automobile parts, complete automobiles,  and scrap metals.

    We have developed an efficient and effective system of multiple pickup points combined with a centralized processing facility that has proven beneficial to us and everyone who uses our service. In simple terms, it works like a trash pick-up service on a much larger scale: we provide large steel roll-off containers to scrap yards, salvage yards, body shops, or whoever might have a need. Once they fill that container, our truck will deliver an empty container and exchange the two. The customer is thus assured of always having on hand a convenient place of disposal.

    The filled container is returned to our facility where our skilled employees will sort and classify the contents; separating the scrap from the more valuable cores. Contact us for more information on our methods and pricing.

Star Tek Recycling has grown over the past twenty-five years to be one of the largest core dealers in this region of the U.S. We ship from East coast to West coast, as well as export. You can be sure you are getting top dollar for your materials from us.

    We have  built a long list of satisfied associates over these two and a half decades of business. We will continue to add to this list. We believe our basic approach and work ethic will make that happen. Straightforward, honest dealing is what you can expect from us. Personal service is a high priority as well. We always remain easily accessible to all our our associates, from our largest commercial contract to an individual with some scrap to move.
